1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ProxiRank (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at proxirank.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services

ProxiRank provides productized Local SEO services for service businesses. Our services include Google Business Profile optimization, citation building, review generation, localized content creation, rank tracking, and related digital marketing services as described in our service plans.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Our services are offered as monthly subscription plans. By subscribing to a plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change with 30 days notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

4. 90-Day Results Guarantee

We offer a 90-day results guarantee on all plans. If you do not see measurable ranking improvements within 90 days of service activation, your third month of service will be provided at no charge. This guarantee requires that you have provided all necessary access and information requested during onboarding, and have not made changes to your Google Business Profile or website that contradict our optimization strategy.

5. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to provide our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information during onboarding
• Grant necessary access to your Google Business Profile, website, and other platforms as needed
• Respond to requests for information or approvals within a reasonable timeframe
• Not take actions that undermine our optimization work without prior consultation
• Ensure that all business information provided to us is truthful and accurate

6. Intellectual Property

Content created by ProxiRank for your business — including blog posts, GBP posts, and other written materials — becomes your property upon publication. Our proprietary tools, processes, methodologies, and software remain the intellectual property of ProxiRank.

7. Limitation of Liability

ProxiRank provides Local SEO services on a best-effort basis. While we strive for the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions or business outcomes. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and are subject to change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxiRank's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@proxirank.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm our reputation or the integrity of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect.
