Our 90-Day Results Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you do not see measurable ranking improvements within 90 days of your service activation date, your third month of service is on us — free of charge.

“Measurable ranking improvements” means a documented increase in your Google Maps or local search positions for the keywords we are targeting, as tracked through our GeoGrid and rank tracking tools.

Guarantee Conditions

To qualify for the 90-day guarantee, you must:

  • Have maintained an active subscription for at least 90 consecutive days
  • Have completed the onboarding process within 7 days of signing up
  • Have provided all requested access (Google Business Profile, website, etc.)
  • Not have made changes to your GBP or website that contradict our optimization strategy
  • Not have received a Google penalty due to pre-existing violations

Subscription Cancellation

All ProxiRank plans are billed monthly with no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your service continues through the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing period
  • Your reports and data remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation

Refund Requests

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or have questions about our guarantee, email us at hello@proxirank.com and we will take care of it. We review every request individually and respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

GBP Rescue (One-Time Service)

The GBP Rescue service is a one-time $299 service, not a recurring subscription. Because the work is performed immediately upon purchase, refunds for GBP Rescue are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns about the service, email us at hello@proxirank.com and we will take care of it.
